A £2 million safety systems start-up company is looking to expand its people’s facilities team with their next graduate hire.
This company have a fantastic history of training and supporting graduates into their first and second roles.
**Graduate Office Operation Administrator - Hampshire - £25K**
This is a fantastic supportive role where you will be maintaining an effective operation of a vibrant and sociable office. You will be working closely with the office manager and managing director supporting with everyday administration duties, this is likely to include but is not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, greeting clients and liaising with external contractors for maintenance
- Issuing invoices and chasing up time-sheets
- Assisting and organising the company’s meetings and conferences
- Creating quotes and invoices when needed and sending them to customers
- Dealing with suppliers and purchase orders for in-house purchasing
Your responsibilities could vary including ad-hoc research support and finance administration tasks.
