This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure that manufacturing paperwork is accurately and timely updated and maintained.

As a key member of the Manufacturing Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organising, updating and maintaining control of the manufacturing raws and its movements throughout the business, while ensuring compliance with quality, Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to at all times. This includes reporting any stock shortages to the Warehouse Stock Controller for resolution, performing consumption operations immediately with regards to picked raws, and responsible for the completion of customer stock return as required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Skills:

• Good administration skills and good attention to detail – essential

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office gained through practical experience – essential

• Experience of working within a production, ideally packaging, environment - desired

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers

• A confident individual able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

• Demonstrate ability to efficiently plan, organise and manage own workload
