Job Description: Administrator - Blackwater

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently, supporting staff with ad-hoc projects, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable office environment
  • Ordering stationery and supplies as needed
  • Supporting staff with project work
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Responding to email queries through a central inbox
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate brilliant time-keeping and reliability
  • Have attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
