Office Systems Administrator

**Job Title: Office Systems Administrator**
This role is critical in ensuring that employees of Xpert Cosmetics and Xpert UK have access to the necessary technology and resources to perform their tasks efficiently and securely.
Some of the key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role are:
User Account Management:
- Creating and managing user accounts for employees.
- Granting or revoking access permissions as needed.
- Handling password resets and account lockouts.
Network Management:
- Monitoring network performance and addressing issues as they arise.
Server Monitoring:
Software Updates:
- Ensuring that software licenses are up to date and compliant.
Hardware Maintenance:
- Managing office hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Security and Data Protection:
- Implementing security measures to protect office data and systems.
- Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Setting up and configuring communication tools like video conferencing and messaging platforms.
Technical Support:
- Providing technical support to office and remote staff when they encounter IT issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software problems.
System Monitoring and Performance:
- Monitoring system performance to identify and address bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Implementing monitoring tools to proactively detect problems.
Documentation:
- Maintaining documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Keeping an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensuring that the office IT systems comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy requirements.
Training and Education:
- Providing training and guidance to office staff on IT best practices and security awareness.
Qualifications required:
Third level qualifications an advantage
Proven experience in office systems administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP an advantage

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
