Your new company
HAYS Recruitment company are looking for an on-going temporary call centre agent for their head office in New Malden. HAYS is a British multinational company providing recruitment and human resources across 33 different countries.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers with enquiries regarding pay. You will be working with all service centre teams to provide a quick and efficient resolution. You will have KPI targets to reachover a 4-week period which will result in a £125 bonus. You will be supporting in a fast-paced inbound call centre.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle complaints effectively to a resolution. You will have excellent call handling skills and a comprehensive understanding of the business and the brand requirements. You will take responsibilityand ownership but know when to escalate a query when required. You will hit your given targets each month to a high standard. You can build and maintain relationships with all customers to ensure effective resolution. You will have a can-do attitude and beable to demonstrate the HAYS Values.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive £13.71 premium per hour plus £125 bonus every 4 weeks for reaching agreed targets. You will work Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm. You will receive 23 days holiday plus bank holiday. You will be able to work 50/50 hybrid and have the potentialopportunity to go onto a permeant contract. As well as that you will be working for the leading experts in qualified, professional, and skilled recruitment.
