A fantastic opportunity working for the UK's leading FTSE 100 recruitment company to work in their growing payroll Customer Service team on an on-going temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent. The office is based in New Malden, South West London and is an ideal location for those based in SW London.
Your new role
Your new role will be to deal with inbound phone and email queries from our temporary workers regarding payroll queries which could be in reference to submitted timesheets, HMRC, bank holidays and will also support the team with temporary worker compliance. You will work to KPIs and SLAs, ensuring excellent service is given at all times in a calm and professional manner. You will occasionally deal with complaints, so you need to be solution focussed and empathetic.
What You'll Need To Succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be available to start at short notice (13th of September), live within an hour commute of New Malden with no immediate holidays booked. From an experience perspective, you will have ideally had contact centre or administrative experience within a recent role where you will be able to provide examples of where you have provided an excellent service to customers.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an on-going temporary contract with 50/50 hybrid working paying £15.14 premium including holiday pay and a £125 bonus every 4 weeks for hitting KPIs. There will be the possibility of become permanent in this role and if so the role will be paying circa £27,000. Hours at 8.30-6pm Monday to Friday.
