Due to our growing order book, we are expanding our team and require a reliable self-motivated individual to join our team, based at our **Sevenoaks **site. Here at R T Quaife Engineering Ltd we are looking to recruit individuals to make a significant difference to our organisation.

- **Key responsibilities**_
- Day-to-day management of the purchasing inbox.
- Managing a wide range of small to large supplier accounts.
- Chasing overdue orders with suppliers and updating the relevant person within the company.
- Managing all supplier invoices in MRP.
- Transferring invoices from MRP to Sage.
- Processing supplier credits.
- Supporting the sales team with customer credit card payments.
- Entering customer payments into Sage.
- Transferring customer invoices from MRP to Sage.
- Generating and sending customer invoices and statements.
- Booking freight collections.
- General office administration when required.

- Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively alongside team members.
- Friendly, personable, positive approach.
- Responding efficiently and effectively to requests from team members.
- Ability to follow company policies.

Experience in these fields would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
