Office and Facilities Administrator

To support our continued growth we have created a new role of Office and Facilities Administrator. The key aspects of the role will be focusing on managing all of our company correspondence, co-ordinating office and kitchen supplies and providing general administrative support across the business.
We are looking for someone to work in our Sevenoaks location every day Monday to Friday but are flexible on the number of hours worked with a minimum of 20 hours per week up to a maximum of our full time hours (40 hours per week). We will also consider a job share arrangement.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Meeting and signing in visitors to Eramol.
- Keeping records of office and kitchen supplies including stationery; ordering and restocking when needed.
- Liaising with cleaners to ensure any issues are rectified.
- Setting up meeting rooms including refreshments.
- Ordering and organising occasional lunches for meetings.
- Providing general administrative support to leaders across the business - this may include data entry, scanning, photocopying, filing and making travel and accommodation arrangements.

- Proactive approach
- MS Office experience at an intermediate level including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to travel to our site in North Downs Business Park, Sevenoaks
