Looking for an exciting new challenge in a project-based role? Support the management of complex & sensitive projects within a leading healthcare organisation, assisting in the progress of projects, service improvements or change management initiatives,whilst working with a very supportive and focused team.
In the role of Senior Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Project Management duties - Planning, supporting, facilitating, and monitoring elements of projects to deliver benefits using project management methodology
- Administrative support in planning and delivering a project, product, work stream or work package. Documenting plans & specifications, reports,
- Coordinating teams with project activities and arranging workshops and events as required. Facilitating the workshop, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders prepare agenda and take minutes
- Ensuring all Project Management processes/tools including business cases, specifications, project plans, benefits analysis, and risk and issue logs are completed
- Delivering routine presentations or training to small groups on projects / work streams
- Business Analysis, Service Improvement and Change Management support

To be considered for the Senior Project Support Officer job, you must have:

- Project Management, ILM Management qualification or equivalent
- Experience participating in change management projects and process re-engineering
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Prioritisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to use own initiative
- Persuasive, influential and motivational skills with the ability to empower, coach and support team members
- Broad IT and admin skills
- The ability to travel frequently across North Wales

This is a 3-month, temporary role to support the period of change. You’ll be working full time hours, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on an hourly salary of £13.87 p/h plus holidays.
The base will be in St Asaph, though a large portion of time will be remote working. Please note, there will be requirements to travel across North Wales on an ad-hoc basis.
