**Receptionist Support**

Part Time Hours: 10:00am-14:00 3 days a week

Location: NDC, Newland House, Express Way, Normanton

Hourly Rate: £10.53

Fixed Term Contract

An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist support role has arisen at our Distribution Centre in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This role will involve administration duties.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

You will be required support the existing receptionist with all administration and operational procedures relating to the day-to-day management of the reception area at NDC, as well as providing Administration support to the newly implemented staff sales process.
- Answering the telephone in a clear, positive, and professional manner to ensure good customer care of all enquiries.
- Greeting all visitors and members of staff in a professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming manner.
- Holiday cover for existing reception staff
- Be fully conversant with all emergency procedures and take responsibility for the speedy and effective evaluation of the facility in the event of an alarm activation requiring such action.
- Manage the staff sales process, including card payment processing.
- Help expand the staff sale process into the warehouse operation with presence during breaktimes.
- Help with the administration of staff sale orders.
- Various ad hoc requests.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Customer service and care skills
- Experience of working on a reception is desired but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- The ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Experience of using card terminals is desired, but not essential
