We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, busy HHS dental practice in Normanton

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
- Booking and amending patient appointments
- Assisting patients with their inquiries
- Assisting clinicians to manage their diaries
- Processing payment and cashing up
- Sorting Post
- Liaising with laboratories and hospital
- Carrying out requests from management as needed

You will have reception experience
- Experience of SOE Exact dental software is desirable
- Able to maintain a strong emphasis on the patient journey and level of service provided
- Ability to remain calm and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
