This is a full time office based role in East Grinstead. The hours are 37.5 hours a week based on Monday to Friday 9-5.30. We are currently working hybrid, 2 days a week from home but is not guaranteed to be permanent.

Full time salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with an attractive bonus package in addition.

The role of Accounts and Facilities Assistant sits within a small Accounts team and offers a variety of responsibilities.

Accounts
- Bank and cash reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Allocation and reconciliation of Customer Receipts and processing refunds
- Credit card reconciliations and allocations
- Balance sheet reconciliations, allocation of prepayments and accruals
- Timely payment of all Overhead invoices for UK and Ireland offices
- Querying and resolving invoice discrepancies with external suppliers
- Raising of invoices to our Suppliers and Customers
- Key point of contact for accounts queries both internally and externally

Facilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds for East Grinstead and Dublin offices.
- Managing building security and fire safety to ensure always up to date
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, cleaners etc
- Manage Utilities and review consumption

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in processing high volumes of multi-currency transactions
- Good attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a high level of proactivity
- Accountancy qualification (eg AAT) or part qualification highly beneficial
- Prior use of Sage 50 Accounts

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
