We aim to offer the best service and advice possible to ensure we create a tailor-made luxury holiday to satisfy our customers' travel requirements.

**THE ROLE**

Would you be interested in working for an award-winning, family-run, travel company?

Do you have a passion for travel?

As a Specialist Travel Consultant at Tropical Sky, you will get the opportunity to recommend, build and sell tailored-made holidays.

You will have the opportunity to travel on educational trips to learn more about the destinations & products you will be selling.

You will be included in Sales Incentive. Previous top sellers have achieved spaces on trips including; Barcelona, Amsterdam, Venice, Dubai, Las Vegas, St Lucia, Mauritius.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Making outbound calls to previous customers to advise and assist on holiday choices
- Follow up on all quotes made
- Assist colleagues’ customers as required
- Aim to achieve company conversion required per destination
- Balance chasing as required
- Attend shows, functions, familiarisation trips, and workshops as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- A strong sales background
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Be target driven & highly motivated
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Travel experience in North America would be an advantage
