Operations Administrator

You will play a vital, varied and integral role within the office; supporting all departments in the smooth running of the business. As a part of our office team, you'll experience first-hand the warmth and camaraderie that comes from being a part of a close-knit group.
**Some of what you’ll be up to**:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of all operational activities.
- Taking in and allocating stock.
- Diarising the engineers and surveyors jobs and appointments.
- Assisting in customer communications.
- Preparing and completing engineers pre and post job paperwork.
- Front line customer service delivery.

- A methodical and focused approach to managing and completing your workload.
- The ability to maintain attention to detail even when working at speed.
- The desire to work on your own initiative during quieter moments.
- A high level of confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft office software.
- Must be able to commute to the Cressex Industrial estate, High Wycombe.
