Risk Management Security Services have been providing manned guarding and mobile patrols since 1981 throughout the Thames Valley and Home Counties protecting some of the largest organisations in the South of England.

Operating from our Head Office in High Wycombe, which was previously the County Police Station, we are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator who will assist with the day to day running of our Operational function working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

**Typical duties include**:

- Answer all inbound calls
- General administrative duties that will support the Operations team
- Provide general administrative duties to the Directors and Managers as required
- Fleet admin i.e updating insurances, booking in services and repairs
- Liaising with external suppliers i.e. equipment and sundries
- Subcontractor administration i.e ensure all documentations are in date
- Issuing quotes and contracts to all existing clients
- Take initial enquiries for new business
- If the Duty Controller is not available, take details of alarm activations and pass on
- Administration of databases
- Assist with the administration of interviews
- Working closely with & report directly to the Operations Director to ensure a smooth running of the operation
- Post - delivery to post office and organising return of keys and special deliveries
- Meet and greet visitors
- Ensure the reception area and boardrooms are kept clean and tidy
- Act as first aider for the office

- Good mathematical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

**Knowledge Base**
- Proficient in the use Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel.
- Ability to manage filing systems effectively, both hard and soft formats

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
