Operational Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an Operational Administrator Assistant to join our project team. As an Operational Administrator Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the site management team, managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and file plant operator assessments and related documents.
- Print and display wellbeing posters and other project materials.
- Enter data for driver assessments and upload brake test results (conducted every six weeks).
- Manage administrative tasks such as requesting and uploading temporary works numbers, work package plans, and inspection/test plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings, updating processes and preparing user guidance notes.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in an administrative or supporting role. You will have the chance to work closely with the site management team to provide essential administrative support.
