**Position Overview**:As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing deliveries, responding to customer queries, utilising internal systems to book in stock, preparing stock on our platform, and dispatching orders efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Management**:

- Receive and organise incoming deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

**Customer Queries**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving concerns effectively.

**Stock Management**
- Use internal systems to book in stock accurately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organised stockroom.
- Prepare stock on our platform according to established procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders, meeting quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic knowledge of office software.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Customer service experience.
