Our busy, thriving client in the sustainability sector is looking for an Administrator for their growing team in Toddington on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will report to the Operations Support Manager, and supporting all operational aspects of the business, from customer enquiry, through to client handover. In return, you will benefit from free parking, a highly supportive team, thorough and continuous training and fantastic progression into Sales / Project Management if desired.

Please note, due to location, you will be required to have a driving licence and access to your own mode of transport to commute reliably.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales & Project Management team with day-to-day tasks and admin.
- Take calls when necessary.
- Qualify enquiries and forwarding to the appropriate team members.
- Open new job enquiries.
- Process equipment / kit orders.
- Keep computer records and systems up to date.
- Prepare and issue installation packs to relevant teams.
- Notify clients of project completion.
- Order extended warranties.
- Prep, check & signing off customer handover packs.
- Support the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain stock control, and warehouse organisation - producing relevant reports.
- Handle process orders.
- Overseeing warehouse deliveries and despatches.
- Prepare related diagrams.
