As our Training Administrator you will be primarily responsible for supporting the effective delivery, recording and reporting of all learning and development activities combined with admin support for the Talent Team. Acting as a first point of contact for leaders and colleagues across the business you will be able to give advice and information on all Learning and Development processes, activities and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer and coordinate learning activities to ensure the effective scheduling, planning and implementation
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the annual training calendar/delivery plan
- Develop, maintain and manage all training records and run regular reports
- Booking internal training meeting rooms or external venues
- Ensure that all administration relating to learning/training events (joining instructions, accommodation, venue arrangements, course materials) are implemented
- Administer our Learning Management System - Elearning platform
- Creating communication to advertise courses across our sites and drive attendance
- General administration and office duties which includes invoicing, photocopying, printing, laminating and stationery orders
- Ensuring all certificates and training documentation are kept up to date for internal and external audit purposes
- Identify improvement processes for efficiency
**About you**
- You will be either an experienced Training Administrator, Administrative Assistant or a Graduate Administrative Assistant
- Experienced with Office 365, Teams and Zoom
- Excellent organisational/planning skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to influence others
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to the needs of others
- Self starter with a pro-active approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace, recognise key priorities quickly, thrive on change and take pride in consistently providing great service
