To provide academic leadership on the MBA programme, including driving high
quality student experience, recruitment, marketing, induction, quality, and
operational management to the MBA team in line with Faculty plans and objectives.
This will include close liaison with internal and external stakeholders including TNE
partners.
Contribute to the design, development, teaching and assessment associated with
the Business School’s provision of MBA.
To contribute to the provision of excellent academic practice within the Faculty by
making a balanced contribution across all areas of academic activity
To support research excellence through own research contribution to contribute to
research output with potential for REF inclusion.and research leadership activities in
the Faculty.

Faculty Specific:
- Programme Leadership of a the MBA programme.
- Liaison with students, employers and Faculty staff to ensure the provision of
high quality learning and teaching materials
- Liaison with other Faculties and the University’s Centre for Continuing and
Professional Education and the Centre for Business Development relating to
the design and development of professional and work based education.
- Responsibility for the provision of high quality client relationship management
to our established employers and clients as part of a coordinated external
engagement programme led by the Academic Dean of Faculty.

- Design, plan, review and innovate in activities and materials that support
student learning and deliver either across a range of modules or within a
