**Are you our next Bank Activities Coordinator? Here’s what to expect**:
Develop and plan programs, outings, and events, coordinating and staffing planned events and overseeing the implementation of activities. You will ensure the programs reflects the current population of the residents wishes and preferences. To support and enable residents to access social networks and maintain personal interests in accordance with best practice, agreed standards, legislation and within the financial budget.

**Typical day as an Bank Activities Coordinator**:

- Organise and plan fun and engaging activity programmes reflecting residents’ preferences
- Produce a newsletter or create promotional material to inform residents and their relatives and friends what’s going on
- Support residents to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype, and FaceTime
- Plan events within the allocated budget
- Ensure residents are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
- Complete daily reporting of activities and interaction into a resident’s plan of care
- Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
- To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout the day

**What skills do I need?**
- To have a genuine interest in improving residents’ wellbeing and engagement
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Good time management skills, to plan and schedule activities
- The ability to motivate our residents and their families to get involved
- A creative mindset to come up with new and engaging ideas

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence _(preferred, as our residents go on day drips out)_
- Satisfactory DBS Check _(Fully funded by Lovett Care)_
