**What we are looking for**

PHL Group are looking for a confident, proactive and self-motivated individual who is happy to work in team environments but also managing their own workloads and priorities. You will be working with internal stakeholders, clients, customers, external suppliers and everything in-between to deliver exceptional client care.

You should be comfortable in an environment where you may need to juggle priorities while ensuring all deadlines and service level agreements are met. The ability to work efficiently and effectively is critical and as such you should have strong organisational skills.

**What we’ll ask you to do**:

- To have ownership of several eCommerce accounts and be directly responsible for the administration, management and client co-ordination.
- Total project management.
- Liaising with other members of the department’s team in meeting the business and clients requirements.
- Delivering a high-level of customer service during day-to-day contact with clients and dealing with all customer service issues.
- To be responsible for raising monthly invoices and providing profit and loss information.
- Ensuring Individual Key Performance Indicators(KPI)/Targets are met.
- Adhering to the companies quality management systems such ISO9001, Good Distribution Practice and Health and Safety is followed.
- Any other duties as required in line with this role.

**What you will need**:

- Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work using own initiative.
- Able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Adapting to changing priorities.
- Methodical approach to problem solving

**What would be an advantage**
- Previous customer service experience
- Fluent in a second language such as French or German
