**Customer Service Executive**

**Location : Sheffield**

**Salary : £25,000**

This role is a key part of the business and you will be responsible for speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty.

You will be joining an established, friendly, and experienced team who will be able to provide support for you to succeed within your role.

**Key Role Accountabilities**:
Provide an excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients

Successful management of a range of clients within the affinity portfolio to deliver personal New Business and Renewal Retention Rate targets.

Promoting add on products and dealing with new business enquiries.

Building a working relationship with clients and insurers.

Effectively negotiating premiums with the holding insurer and alternative insurers to obtain good value outcomes for customers in line with their requirements.

Input notes on all business, new / retention into database on a daily basis.

Liaise with other team members providing additional support where required.

Ensure relevant paperwork is on file to ensure compliant process is complete.

This role focuses primarily on private medical insurance, but some travel insurance work may be undertaken from time to time.

**What we are looking for?**

You will already have customer service experience along with experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong numeracy, and literacy skills, along with a personable telephone manner are key for this role.

You will be well organised, efficient, and reliable, able to respond well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
