**Job description**:
**Main purpose of the role**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to business recruitment processes.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support across the business, including taking briefs from hiring managers, sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
- Support the continued development of recruitment and selection materials, including interview templates and manager guidance materials, and ensure they are being used across the business.
- Advise managers on the use of Recruitment Agencies, ensuring that only agencies on Keepmoat’s Preferred Supplier List are engaged.
- Contribute to the development of the careers page/LinkedIn and social media for recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment activity data to allow for accurate reporting.

**HS&E Responsibilities****:
To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

**Skills, knowledge & experience**:
**Essential**:

- Recruitment experience from an internal background
- Good knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement it in an in-house environment
- Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills to drive results and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team and influence effectively at different levels
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages

**Desirable**:

- Relevant industry experience e.g. house building/construction
- Previous experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

**Education & qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent)

**Desirable**:

- Recruitment or HR related qualification e.g. CertRP, CIPD
