**Job description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Systems Specialist to join us on a fixed term basis (circa 12 months) based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working. This key role will support on all HR Projects including development and improvements of Access, our core HR and Payroll system.

The HR System Specialist will act as the key HR interface with IT, ensuring the HR system and associated change projects are aligned with business strategy and delivered within the IT control framework. They will establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, playing a lead role in the implementation of all new system upgrades and updates, including supporting the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System. They will help to establish a culture of continuous improvement to our systems, creating detailed requirements documents and building robust testing schedules.
