Main purpose of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Labour Administrator to join us on a fixed term contract, based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working. This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into this side of the business.

The successful candidate will coordinate the administration of all temporary workers supplied by our agreed agency partner. They will ensure all requests coming through for temporary labour throughout the business are approved in the correct way. They will keep a record of all temporary labour currently engaged, and work with line managers to convert workers to permanent contracts at the most financially viable point in time.

HS&S Responsibilities

To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

Skills, knowledge & experience

We are looking for someone who fits with our core values here at Keepmoat; they will be passionate and confident and have a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative. They will be collaborative , friendly, and helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues at manager and employee level. They will be creative with a strong customer and quality focus. The ideal candidate will have a straightforward approach, clear use of written English, with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability, handling confidential information with complete integrity.

Education & qualifications

Experience working with Microsoft packages, especially, Excel is essential.
