Main purpose of the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Labour Administrator to join us on a fixed term contract, based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working. This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into this side of the business. The successful candidate will coordinate the administration of all temporary workers supplied by our agreed agency partner. They will ensure all requests coming through for temporary labour throughout the business are approved in the correct way. They will keep a record of all temporary labour currently engaged, and work with line managers to convert workers to permanent contracts at the most financially viable point in time.
