Office Administrator

They are currently looking to recruit a full-time Finance Administrator in their busy Fort William office, working closely with colleagues and local factors to provide a professional all-round administrative service.
**This is a varied role in which adaptability to change and flexibility is essential, the main duties include**:
- Maintaining the office environment to high standards
- Identifying and resolving issues raised and ensuring supplies are kept updated for daily requirements
- Updating and maintaining paper and electronic records using in-house systems
- Assisting with company reports
- Take on responsibility for different projects within the office
- Other adhoc admin duties as required
- Administration of accounts
- Property maintenance schedule
- Holiday house bookings
- Organising tradesmen and dealing with other matters as required.
**To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate**:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in property or rural background
- Be proactive and upbeat in your approach with a strong work ethic.
- You should be able to work as part of a team but also be comfortable to work on your own and have the initiative to provide strong support.
- Confident to ask questions but also take the lead when needed
- Supportive and engaging manner
