Office Administrator

Hydroplan specialises in the planning, design, construction and operation of renewable energy projects in the UK and internationally.
This is a part-time office-based role and would suit an early starter but hours can be flexible.
**Responsibilities**
- Day to day to day administrative tasks
- Data entry including timesheets and expenses
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements and accommodation
- Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner and directing phone enquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Administration of fleet vehicles
- Liaison with clients and suppliers
- Creating and maintaining records and databases
- Keep stock of office supplies and equipment and placing orders when necessary
**Key skills and abilities**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a secretarial/administrative role
- Diary management experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to speak with both clients and suppliers.
- A friendly but professional attitude. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties essential for the job
- Highly organised and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11,500.00-£19,000.00 per year
