**About The Role**

The **key duties and responsibilities** are as outlined below:

- Providing administrative support to our sales team - updating various spreadsheets, arranging transport for machines, checking invoices, updating information in various systems in a timely manner
- Providing dedicated cover for our Sales Administrator for holiday periods etc
- Booking training courses and organizing travel and accommodation for engineers
- Completing HSE administration tasks for the depot
- Answering the majority of incoming calls to the depot and directing enquiries to the appropriate person/department or ensuring messages are relayed and followed up on
- Other generic administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required across departments

**Required Criteria**
- Very strong administration and organisational skills within a fast-paced business environment
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- An excellent level of IT skills and systems usage
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner
- Approach tasks in a systematic and logical fashion
- Have a proven track record of delivering a high calibre of customer service
- Be self-motivated and proactive at all times
- Be willing to accept change and have the ability and flexibility to adapt accordingly as business needs require
- A full driving licence

**Desired Criteria**
- Knowledge or experience of working within the vehicle/plant machinery industry would be desirable but is not essential
- Experience of providing sales administration support would be desirable but is not essential

Customer Relationship Management, Administrative skills, Organisational skills
