Bodyshop Administrator

Dennison Bodyshop, part of the Dennison Group, has unrivalled capabilities within Northern Ireland for commercial vehicle accident repair. We are currently seeking a Full Time Bodyshop Administrator to fulfil an expanding workload.

**About The Role**
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Assistance in the generation of quotations and preparation of documentation for customers
- Checking of staff clocking times to jobs and updating / correcting as necessary
- Assistance in workshop planning / booking jobs in
- Preparation and processing of job cards
- Ensure all job cards are complete and prepared for invoicing
- Completion of customer invoicing in a timely fashion
- Liaison with internal accounts department for query resolution on invoices
- Daily reports and updates to customers where required.
- Daily updating of time board
- Ad hoc duties as requested by manager

**Required Criteria**
- Strong Administration and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner (must be confident with telephone communication)
- Being accountable
- Full and clean driving licence
- Be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to work on own initiative
- Have the ability to prioritise effectively, be highly organised and have a thorough work ethic, producing a high level of accuracy in work output
- Be willing to accept change and have the ability and flexibility to adapt accordingly as business needs require
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload

**Desired Criteria**
- Previous experience of working within the automotive / accident repair industry would be advantageous Previous experience of using an electronic Bodyshop management system such as EMACS would be desirable
