**Day to Day Duties**:

- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Assist in the generation of quotations and preparation of documentation for customers
- Check staff clocking times to jobs and update/correct if necessary
- Assistance in workshop planning and booking jobs
- Completion of customer invoicing
- Liaise with internal accounts and query invoices
- Daily reports and update customers

**What You Can Bring**:

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent level of IT skills to include Microsoft Office packages
- Able to prioritise effectively and be self-motivated
- Full driving license

**Desired Criteria**:

- Previous experience of working in the automotive industry
- Previous experience of using electronic Bodyshop management system
