My client is requiring a Debt Recovery Controller for a full-time ,12 month FTC role based In the Solihull area.

(Please be aware the client is a large supplier of alcoholic goods. Alcohol is also consumed on the premises. The role may not be suitable for everyone on this basis)

We would love to hear from people for the Debt Recovery Controller role who:

- Enjoys thinking outside the box and problem solving.
- Able to make decisions quickly based on data analysis.
- Clear communicator
- Ability to show empathy and comfortable when negotiating.
- Good knowledge of accounts software
- Background In credit control or debt recovery desirable

An overview of the Debt Recovery Controller Role Includes:

- Managing the resolution of queries in a swift, concise, and accurate manner.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business with internal and external parties.
- Identify opportunities to maximise cash collection and support the Debt Recovery Manager with developing cash collection plans.
- Support the Debt Recovery Team on Free of Tie and Non-Licensed Premises
- Preparing files for DCA Outsourcing.
- Mitigate undue financial risks controlling bad debts
- Invoice Reconciliation.
- Complete Proof of Debt forms in insolvency cases.
- Setting up Paperless Direct Debits and chasing rejected Direct Debits.
- Support across the wider credit control team when required.

Key Information about the Debt Recovery Controller Role Include:

- Salary of £25,000.00-£30,000.00 (dependant on experience, qualifications and skillset)
- Hybrid working
- 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
