We are looking for a Site Team Co-Ordinator at Nunthorpe Academy.

The Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, Site Team Co-Ordinator to be part of our team of 5 members. The team's main responsibility is to ensure that the Academy is ‘opened’ and ‘closed’ securely and on time; to carry out routine maintenance on a day-to-day basis as allocated by the Buildings Development Manager; and to carry out checks on equipment/areas in order to maintain a Health and Safety compliant environment for students, staff and visitors. Training will be given. Full information is contained in the Job Profile.

You should have previous relevant experience in a similar role, a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn, indeed you will be able to demonstrate initiative and be able to work without constant supervision. Also, you should possess confidence in working with young people and adults.

Required from 1 January 2024

Hours

37 hours per week; shift patterns; with flexibility of hours to meet specific work demands.

Salary

**Grade C - Salary £23,500pa-£23,893pa plus a shift allowance of £1,685pa**
