**Purpose**

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, fully customer focused and outgoing business services administrator. You will be required to help manage the visitor journey for all Walesby Forest customers from initial enquiry, coming to site, to the farewell at the end. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

**Specific Tasks**

**General Enquiries**
- Help deal with all customer enquiries
- Ensure all enquiries are handled professionally and courteously, and no later than within 24-hours of receipt

**Schools**
- Actively promote Walesby Forest to all schools
- Help answer all school enquiries
- Help ensure all dietary and special needs requirements are known and before the school arrival
- Ensure that the gender mix for tents is known before the school arrival
- Meet and greet all schools courteously and professionally
- Ensure all schools receive their information packs and welcome hampers
- Promote the early re-booking of school groups

**Organised Groups**
- Help ensure all customer literature is correct and accurate
- Ensure all groups are met and greeted courteously and professionally

**Events**
- Work weekends and evenings as required
- Compile information packs for attendees

**Cinolla**
- Ensure that all customer details on Cinolla are accurate
- Raise any issues directly with the business services coordinator

**General Public**
- Ensure all customer packs are prepared and ready
- Deal with any questions from customers
- Manage late arrivals as and when required; TOIL will be available
- Ensure all customers are met and greeted courteously and professionally

**General**
- Make arrangements for all customers wanting to view the site before booking
- Work directly with the senior activities instructor regarding ensuring we do not exceed their staffing capacity
- Display fantastic customer service
- Undertake any other reasonable role as requested by the business services coordinator or CEO

**Personal Specification**

**1. Experience**

Essential
- Demonstrable ability to develop relationships
- Working within a charitable environment

Desirable
- A track record of building partnerships
- Working in a setting with very high seasonal peaks and troughs

**2. Skills and Competencies**

Essential
- High standard of computer literacy
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritise own workload with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills required to build relationships with customers
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure
- Ability to plan ahead and work within agreed timeframes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £12,701.00 per year
