**Office / Project Administrator Support**

Office / Project Administrator Position within Local Design Engineering Company.

We have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant within our growing Collingham office that deals with domestic and commercial enquiries for a range of net zero projects.

As an important member of the team, you are expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To attend to clients on the telephone when necessary to seek clarification of instructions.
- To maintain relevant electronic client records within the workflow process.
- Primarily, this role is to prepare correspondence and enquiry/installation documents through word processing and to ensure a high quality of documentation.
- To maintain and update electronic filing systems.
- To use initiative to progress files within the limits of his/her own ability.
- To assist with bids
- To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
- Dealing with clients daily, both face to face and on the telephone.
- Dealing directly with client enquiries and handling client matters and correspondence.
- Assist with Set up of Client reports.
- Uploading all ID and documents, as well as printing for paper file where applicable.
- Assist with social media and website

**Essential Skills**
- Have a high level of confidentiality.
- Have an in-depth understanding of an office administration role and process within an office environment.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be able to organise, influence and monitor own workflows to achieve a high output in a busy environment.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative position or within a similar environment.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach to work

**Desirable Skills**
- Adobe Indesign and PDF experience for report and bid creation.
- ISO 9001 / Quality system experience.

- Be reliable and diligent, with good attention to detail.
- Self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills
