Coventry Home UK Ltd is a serviced apartment company, relocation specialist and long term rental property provider based in Coventry and Leamington Spa.

As a guest service agent, you will deliver a high level of customer service to our partners on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, bookings, amendments, and ensuring our service and guests comfort is of a very high service. We are looking for someone positive, flexible, and enthusiastic who is able to use their intiative and learn quickly on the job,

**Responsibilities include**:

- Establish strong, personable relationships with guests and team members
- Handling and resolving problems in a timely fashion
- Actively managing booking requests, paying close attention to guest/ customer requests
- Oversee the general day to day office duties
- Be able to work well as a part of team and independently
- Be a great team player
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Recognizing and successfully addressing client needs
- Assisting customers from their initial inquiry to their confirmed booking
- Finding and following up on fresh leads and working with internal teams to close reservations
- Creating a loyal following by instantly building rapport and trust with customers and always delivering outstanding service at all times
- Have great communication skills
- Have great IT skills
- Record and input enquiries and reservation, process cancellations and amendments
- Be able to carry out variety of duties & multi task if necessary
- Own car and driving license at all times

As we all spend a lot of our time at work so we will insist on a good humour and fun time. Two week trial period and 0 hours contract thereafter until a permanent role is agreed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract, Graduate, Volunteer

**Salary**: £27,324.67-£29,067.92 per year
