**The Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa **is a vibrant and dynamic family business situated on the A45 as you leave Coventry towards Birmingham. The business enterprise includes The National Motorcycle Museum & National Conference Centre and The Manor Hotel - Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.

As our Reservations and Memeberships Executive your main responsibilities will be to help develop new business opportunities whilst maintaining the growth of all existing business. To build and develop relationships within the golf and leisure sectors and help to create and implement marketing and sales strategies.

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below, combined with strong commercial awareness, results driven and thriving on making key commercial decisions.

**Key responsibilities for the Reservations and Memberships Executive are;**
- Take enquiries and bookings for Reservations, Golf and Spa in an efficient manner and encourage maximum sales revenue for the overall profitability of the hotel.
- Maintain and manage the Phorest, Ashbourne and BRS diaries ensuring all bookings are inputted directly upon receipt and updated when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute all function sheets, amendments and late additions to other departments.
- Effectively communicate ensuring leads are responded to in the required time and regular contact is made to the progress of each booking.
- Develop interactive customer relations and be aware of any possible future requirements. Relay such information to your manager for the enhancement of customer expectation.
- Achieve set Revenue Targets for Business (e.g. conversion ratio) as agreed and set out in the Sales Activity Plan.
- Deal with all confirmed Golf and Spa and logístical plans whilst also understanding the clients food, beverage and accommodation requirements.
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with new clients.
- Proactively contact past/lapsed users on a monthly basis to encourage reinstatement of membership.
- Drive and retain leisure memberships, through consistent sales focus and a calendar of events.
- Co-ordinate with the Revenue Manager to complete all weekly and monthly revenue forecasting.
- Assist with all Golf, Leisure and Spa collateral.
- Assist in marketing activities with the Golf & Leisure Club Manager as and when required.
- Establish, maintain and develop interactive customer / agent relations and to be aware of any possible future requirements.
