**Volunteer Fundraiser
**Role Description**
Role Title: Volunteer Fundraiser
Expected Commitment: Minimum of 3 hours per week for a minimum period of 3 months
Accountable to: Volunteer & Project Coordinator
**Role Summary**
As volunteer fundraiser you will assist the Fundraising and Project Team with fundraising administration duties and events.
**The role**:
- Provide administration support to the Fundraising and Project Team
- Support with collation of data
- Filing and any recording keeping
- Updating database systems
- Answering and making telephone calls
- Taking outgoing mail to the administration department for posting
- Carry out specific small fundraising projects under guidance when needed
- Room booking and diary management
- Any other duties in agreement with the Volunteer and Project Coordinator
- Any other duties within the scope of the Fundraising role
Please note this is a volunteer position which is unpaid and you will need a DBS certificate which we pay for.
