An opportunity has arisen to join this thriving family-run business in Glasgow as a Buying Administrator.
With a newly refurbished showroom and specialist car seat fitting centre we attract customers from as far afield as Peterhead and Newcastle.
- Be highly organised
- Be able to work under high pressure and high volume workload
- Have previous experience with Purchase Ordering Systems and similar admin tasks
- Be able to adapt and learn new systems affectively
**Core responsibilities will be, but not limited to**:
- Ordering and Allocating Stock
- Producing Purchase orders
- Dealing with Suppliers and following through with any queries and delays
- Checking in deliveries and checking for accuracy
- Working to tight deadlines
**Essential requirements are**:
- Experience in a similar Role
**The terms of the role are**:
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, exact hours to be confirmed.
**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour
**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- G4 0TL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
