**Job **description**

This is a great opportunity to work within a new department that has been developed to support our customer journey within CES. The main principles of the job role will be to maintain regular customer contact ensuring all our customer receiving an excellent service provided by CES.

Key responsibilities:

- Aftercare contact with our customers, ensure a high standard of workmanship being delivered.
- Attending to any installation issues.
- Diary management.
- Arranging appointments on behalf of our trades.
- Responsible for managing inbound inquiries.
- Effectively manage customer complaints.
- Arrange appointments with customers for remedial works to be undertaken.
- Record detailed and accurate information from conversations onto spreadsheets.

- Proficient in Google-spreadsheets and Excel.
