**Job Title**:Purchasing Administrator

**Reports to**: Group Procurement Manager

**Description**

With over 20 offices and depots in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe, Blok ‘N’ Mesh is a market-leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of temporary fencing, site hoarding and barriers. Every year it manufactures more than 1.6 million units, leading the industry in both innovation and sustainability to suit a wide range of industries, from construction to security.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Generate and manage purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external partners.
- Demonstrate ambition and dynamism in approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Coordinate and process shipping requests, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Prior experience in raising purchase orders is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and vendors.
- Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a drive to excel in the role.
- Experience in processing and coordinating shipping requests is preferred but not essential.
