Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. This is a part-time opportunity that requires the individual to work 3 days a week, processing expense claims, purchase orders, and updating the SAP system. The role will be based near Knowsley and will involve reconciling statements to purchase orders, investigating invoice queries, and performing other ad hoc administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in double entry bookkeeping, purchase ledger, or mileage claims accounts and will be proficient in using SAP or other accounting software. They must also be able to commit to working 3 days per week.
