REED are working with an award-winning organisation in recruiting the new position of Executive Assistant to Managing Director.
Permanent full time position.

**The role**
- Ensuring the company delivers on its strategic timelines
- Project management responsibilities, including maintaining action lists for multiple individuals and ensuring timely delivery
- Recording and processing expense claims, having the confidence to question any items that exceed policy
- Liaising with the teams across different time zones coordinating meetings, reviews,
- Take on ad-hoc projects as required to support the Group Board and Management teams
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities at the same time
- Minutes and recording meeting actions, tracking actions across the wider team, ensuring deadlines are being met, using discretion as required
- Creating various documents such as presentations, reports, letters etc.
- Assisting Group Managing Director with strategic progress in the form of regular follow-up and checking of objectives and tactical activity progress within the group
- Preparation of presentation material for internal and external meetings where necessary

**The Individual**:

- 5 years+ PA/EA experience
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, IT literate
- Thrives on being helpful delivering
- Confident and articulate, knows when to push back, flexible in approach
- Positive and approachable
- Excellent communicator: communicating with clients and senior stakeholders, professional writing skills are essential
- Professional image

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work at speed with accuracy
- Significant experience of supporting senior executives and interacting at board level
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and strong use of initiative
- Able to build strong relationships at all levels, anticipate needs and work successfully with different working styles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong influencing skills
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills, ability to drive work to conclusions and deliver to deadlines, with a high attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexibility around work
- Flexible and resilient
- Confidential management of business sensitive information

Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (maybe negotiable) plus benefits including annual leave, free car parking, employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, pension scheme and performance related bonus.
