EIT delivers evidence-based services to children, families and schools to support children and young people (CYP) with social, emotional and/or mental health needs. Primarily, EIT support CYP at risk of permanent exclusion from school and those presenting with emotionally-based school-avoidance (EBSA). The main duties within this post include:

- Using psychological supervision effectively, as a space to help reflect on, plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological support.

This post, and the establishment of the team within which it will sit, represents a unique and exciting opportunity to build a scientifically-grounded and innovative psychological service from the ground up, in order to genuinely promote educational and wider prosperity for young people including - but not limited to - those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). In addition, the innovative nature of the project extends into its evaluation, which includes active research links with psychology and education departments at Bangor University, University of Warwick and Bath University.

You will participate in the delivery and development of the service as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to include involvement in clinical activity, audit and evaluation of the service, outcome evaluation and governance.

You will be part of Enable Trust, working in partnership with Pathways Learning Centre on this project.
