What we’re looking for

We are currently on the hunt for a diligent and organised Repairs Coordinator to join our dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of repair and maintenance requests from landlords and tenants, liaising with contractors, and ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.

Experience in a similar role or within property management would be highly advantageous, however, we are also open to training an individual from a customer-service background who exhibits a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

What you’ll be doing

As a Repairs Coordinator, you will manage all property repair and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, negotiate with contractors to secure cost-effective solutions, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers. You'll also be responsible for keeping accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities, ensuring legal and safety compliance at all times, and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
