**Responsibilities**
- As a **Compliance and Closure Clerk**, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving client account ledger balances in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules.
- Ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures.
- Identify, submit and process write off requests when required.
- Identify, calculate, and return genuine overpayments to third parties.
- Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers.
