We have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join the team
You'll be providing general administration support including answering telephone calls/greeting visitors, uploading and maintaining staff files, data input to ensure IT systems are kept up to date, managing the leaver/resignation processes, updating spreadsheets, and note taking in investigation and disciplinary meetings.
The person
You'll be a good communicator, together with being organised and able to work well on your own initiative.
Competent user of Excel, Word, Outlook
Previous experience in an administration role is a requirement of the role
