Carlton le Willows Academy are looking to appoint a Vice Principal to join our academy in January 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.
-An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Carlton le Willows as a Vice Principal at the start of its journey to greatness. The academy become part of Delta Academies Trust in December and is becoming a beacon for education.

The academy is expanding rapidly, with a Year 7 PAN or 360, and requires leaders who can implement strong Trust-wide systems with both compassion and care.

-As a Vice Principal, you will support the Principal and other SLT members to provide high quality leadership and management in line with the needs of the academy and ensure the academy runs at the most effective level possible.

**Results**
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2023 78% of pupils secured a Grade 4+ in English and Maths and 55% achieved this at grade 5+. Across the board 76% of pupils achieved grade 4+ in five or more GCSEs and our progress score was +0.2 placing us above similar schools nationally.
-A level students in our high performing sixth form achieved a 100% pass rate in 2023, with the average A level grade a B minus, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
