**Please note this is a Full Time, Fixed-term or Secondment Post (37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday)**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to the Waiting List - Coordinator to join our Surgical Directorate Team at the University Hospital Monklands.
- Educated to Higher Grade Level
- Experience within an office environment with extensive experience in an administrative and clerical role

**Knowledge, training and / or / experience required to d**o the job**:

- Ability to compile and review figures
- Knowledge and understanding of booking waiting list appointments
- Understanding a range of procedures and processes
- Effective Team Working skills and ability to deal with change
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Software systems
- Keyboard skills
